ACCURACY, RESPONSIBILITY & RETURNS
Whilst the greatest care and attention has been taken, some photos and differing computer images do not always fully represent the various textural characteristics and exact colours of our beautiful fabrics. Please understand that our photographs are for illustration purposes only.
The customer is responsible for her/his own choice of fabric in terms of measurements, quality, colour, design and suitability. Please take time to consider your requirements and again, we strongly advise you to avail of our fabric sampling service if you are unsure of the suitability of your fabric choice. We recommend that you order all fabric required at the same time as there may be slight colour variations between differently dated consignments. Please note that not all fabric within the one category will be from the same supplier or collection so may be different weights or qualities for this reason we always recommend ordering a swatch before purchasing.
Because your fabric has been cut to your specific measurements, unfortunately and with regret, no returns can be entertained unless, of course, the order is defective in any way. For more information regarding our returns policy please click here.
CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND PRICES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any products or offers without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance.
Fabric prices are displayed on our website from the 0.5m unit price to the 1 metre price eg, "from €5.00 - €10.00". This allows customers to purchase a measurement that is less than a full metre when required. Please note that if you order 5 metres of fabric your shipping confirmation will display your purchase as 10x 0.5m units however you will always recieved your order in one continuous piece and not 10x 0.5m pieces. If you require any further clarification please do not hesitate to contact us.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATIONS
It is our aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Consequently, your order will be cut to your specific measurement as soon as it is ready for processing, which can at times be within a couple of hours of order confirmation and for these reasons we cannot accept a cancellations or modifications to orders unless we are notified by telephone within 2 hours of placing your order.
Please note that if we can facilitate your request to cancel your order but your shipping label has already been purchased by us on your behalf you will still be charged the standard rate of delivery for the cost of the label. Shipping labels are valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase so you can redeem your shipping charge on any subsequent orders within this 2 week period.

PREWASHING OF FABRICS AND MANUFACTURES INSTRUCTIONS
No liability will be accepted for the inproper washing or drying of fabrics which may result in shrinkage or transfer of colours, it is the responsibility of the customer to ensure fabrics are washed with similar colours and at the correct temperature.
It is advised that all fabric purchased is prewashed to the correct instructions before making your garment, quilt or craft projects. Prewashing new fabrics generally ensures that there will be no uneven shrinkage and no transfer of colours when the finished piece is washed. These guidelines apply to most 100% cotton fabrics and polycottons , but we would always advise testing a small piece first as manufacturing processes do vary
- Unfold all fabrics before putting into the washing machine.
- Wash light coloured fabrics in tepid water with a phosphate free detergent.
- Soak dark coloured fabrics individually in cold water for approximately half an hour and then machine wash in cold water with a phosphate free detergent.
- Ensure your washing machine is set to a low spin cycle, Tumble fabric almost dry then remove and press with an iron.
- Completed projects made from light and dark fabrics should only be washed in cold water.
