How do I check my points?
Sign in to your customer account and open the STITCH POINTS tab on our website. You can view your balance, available rewards and points history there.
Can I collect points when I shop in store?
Yes. Use the receipt form above to claim points for purchases from our Stoneybatter shop. We review the receipt and add approved points manually. Always use the same email as your online customer account.
When will my receipt points appear?
Points appear after our team has reviewed and approved your receipt. Sending the form does not add points instantly. You can check your updated balance in the STITCH POINTS tab.
How do I spend my Stitch Points?
Redeem through the STITCH POINTS tab on our website and use your reward at online checkout. Every 100 Stitch Points is worth €1 off. Points are redeemed for rewards and cannot be exchanged for cash.
What if I have already earned points for this receipt?
A purchase can earn points once. Please check your points history before submitting a claim. If points were added at checkout or through an earlier claim, you do not need to submit it again.

We will check the purchase and add the points manually to your account. Your receipt submission is a claim for review; points are added once it has been approved.
Online orders earn points through our loyalty programme and do not need a receipt claim. Check your balance first if you are unsure.
