Poly cotton is a lightweight fabric made from a blend of polyester and cotton and has the benefits of both fibres. Polyester is a synthetic fibre that does not stretch, is economical, strong and relatively resistant to creasing. It often does not require ironing. Drip dry if possible. Cotton is a breathable natural fibre, is comfortable to wear and absorbs moisture.

Poly cotton is very popular for children's clothes, patchwork, bunting, light interior projects and lots of other crafts.
